Had my windows, 17 in total, and front door replaced through this company.Hugo, our sales rep, was great! Helped us through the Green House program and answered all my silly questions. He had to come out a couple of times due to changes we made, and he was very professional and accommodating.The installers, I am bad with names I think one was Dimitris, were amazing. They had to come back as the front door did not seal properly. During the whole process they were very clean and did not damage the home, I did have a couple of split wood borders they put back in, but nothing that you could see easily.My only issue was the credit report being pulled through a second credit company. While I had a government grant, they had to use a second company to make sure that everything was paid for. Not only did they pull a report but charged me 149.00 to activate the account.Over all I would recommend this company again. I am already seeing lower heating bills since last winter! Next project, the furnace. :)

I was referred by a few friends to go Ecoline Windows to have my basement bathroom windows replaced. When I called them to get a quote, they were able to send someone out to check out my window quickly. Andres dropped by and showed be some of the available options available. I contacted Andres a few times with questions and he always responded in a timely matter. Once I ordered the window, it took around 12 weeks to arrive. The installers did a great job and it surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Ecoline Windows and will definitely use them in the future!

The installation team Dima and Vasyl were extremely hard working, and the entire project was done in a much shorter time than expected. These gentlemen arrived on time, showed politeness professionalism, and worked with incredible concentration. They wasted no time, often letting their coffee go cold while staying on task.Even though they worked in cold conditions, they didn’t complain, didn’t take breaks, and worked hard to keep everything perfectly sealed. This company is absolutely amazing. The guided us through the whole process with grants and removal of old windows and installation of 18 new triple glazed windows. Alberta is famous for cold weather. Our furnace rarely kicks in now. The street traffic is barely heard as well. The sills are modern and super easy to clean! The installers were courteous and fast. Vitaliy the sales rep was the first person I contacted of the company. He was a gentleman – very courteous, patient and knowledgeable in his work. He explained to me the details of the product of this company and of the installation. He also provided ways to cut the cost down. Ecoline installers did such a great job with our doors and windows. The pictures don’t do them justice. Everything looks so good! Very happy with the product. Our sliding doors face south and it used to get so hot in the room. With the triple glazed windows it makes a HUGE difference to the temperature in that area. Investing in a big project, like replacing the old windows and doors on a house, takes time and patience until you find a person who will instil confidence that you’re making the best decision.And that is what happened when we met with Vitaliy Moroz.We had three more companies that gave us the estimate, but no one gave us that feeling that we are going to invest money into right product for our needs. All the questions we had, were answered.We signed up the contract end of February and the installation date was on June 4th. Our experience with eco line was great. We were able to have a consult quite quick (within 2 weeks), the sales woman was thorough from warranty, product, installation process and pricing. We recieved a quote fairly shortly after the meeting was finished. Once we decided to book the saleswoman sent the appropriate paperwork for down payment and the process was started. We expected installation end of November which the time line was met. The only improvement we would have liked is to have a courtesy call they would be late. The installation window was 11am to 1pm and after I called we found out they were a bit behind and wouldn’t be at location until 3. Other than that the whole process to remove 2 windows and install was around 3 hours and we are so far quite happy.

Ecoline Windows was a pleasure to deal with. I did 3 quotes to replace our back door as it was allowing cold air during the winter months and there was frost build up on the hinges it was so bad. Ecoline Windows was by far the best value and the quickest to respond. After the install, last winter no more cold air and freezing hinges. Their booking system was awesome, the estimate was precise and detailed. The Sales representative was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The installation was delivered as promised. Ultimately I chose to go with Ecoline for two reason. The first were the positive reviews online. The second is that the sales rep, that came to my house, brought samples of the actual windows that I would be purchasing (smaller version). She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions transparently and did not try and force any sort of sale. She was there to let me make up my own mind by showing off what the company could do for me. The communication from the time of the order to the scheduling to the installation was efficient and all done via electronic means so there was no miscommunication. I really appreciated being told up front that my order was going to take some time simply due to the volume the company was experiencing. Ultimately they delivered on time with no surprises. The products themselves are high quality casement windows. The windows that arrived were identical to the sample showed to me (of course much larger). The installer was extremely professional. I watched him the odd time (more curious as to some of the installation techniques). He was extremely methodical about everything from how the windows were secured to how the caulking was applied. I wish all contractors had his level of attention to detail. I think the floor around my windows was cleaner after he left. I would highly recommend, at the very least, running through the consultation process and letting them quote on your job. They will be competitive (if not slightly less expensive) and the quality is spot on. I attached a couple of pics. It is really difficult to showcase windows. They are an up close visual and tactile sort of experience. Ultimately I will call them up when I need to continue to replace windows in this aging house.

Window prices have gone up quite a bit since I last had some installed back in 2019. I reached out the company I used then and was quite shocked when their price had basically doubled. I read good reviews about Ecoline so I had them provide a quote was pretty happy that not only were they a few hundred cheaper per window but their windows were much better quality. The install was done by one guy so it did take all day for two windows and a door, but that’s a minor complaint and I’m pretty happy with the purchase.

We bought a new door from Ecoline. We were told at the estimate appointment how long the door was going to take to manufacture. We ordered the door, it came and was installed within the timeframe it was promised. The installers were professional and courteous. Installed in the winter. Although our new back door was installed in mid January ’22 on a -15C day, the Ecoline crew handled the task with impressive efficiency and skill, resulting in only a minimal inconvenience to us during installation. At first I thought we might regret deciding to not include an exterior storm door, but with the new unit proving so solid and well fitting against the optional accompanying weather stripping (in the photo, that’s the dark area visible just below the door), that concern was quickly abated. I especially enjoy having the door’s optional built-in blinds. With the door facing due west under ample open sky, this “option” has proven to be more of an essential, especially during the bright, summer months.

We had 22 windows replaced. The quote process was straight forward and pricing was reasonable. They did the job in 3 days. The installers were professional and the attention to detail was very good. I was especially pleased that the window trim aluminum capping was left in place with new caulking – other window companies said that this would have to be removed and replaced. Cleanup was also good although it would have been nice if the old windows could be taken away at the end of each day rather than all of them at the end of the job. All in all I am very satisfied. Looking forward to -30°C now.

In 2018 I had Ecoline replace 7 windows in my home. In 2021, I had an addition 8 windows plus one front entrance and storm door installed. At both times I was really pleased with their proficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. The installers were thorough, efficient, and tidy. We would highly recommend Ecoline Windows for people looking to have new windows installed. The installers were very professional and worked very hard to complete all our windows in one day despite the poor weather. They laid tarps down in all the rooms in order to protect the floors, hauled away all the garbage and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of the day. I had triple glazed LoE windows installed in my entire home in 2014, an additional window added into a wall in 2019 and then another window added in 2021 between two existing narrower windows. The photos show before and after the new window installation – you can see the larger window between the two smaller existing narrower windows – it had to fit precisely and look like one larger window. It fit perfectly into the new space. Extremely airtight, no condensation – even in the coldest days of winter – and the windows and screens are easy to clean. The installers did a fantastic job, were meticulous and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of product and quality of workmanship.

We had decided to make a big investment in our home by upgrading our windows and we were looking for a company that is reliable, reputable and deliver on their promises. In our research, we came various companies but the reasons we chose Ecoline Edmonton was their in-house manufacturing of windows, their warranty and their installers– being employees of Ecoline. Ecoline does have some great reviews but so did other companies but our experience dealing with the project coordinator Carlos Almeida sold us on their service. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about products. He clearly communicated the expectations and follow though on his promises within reasonable time. After signing the contract, our windows were ready to install 3 months after. Our installer Yuri and his assistant were punctual and throughout the installation process were cleaning up as they went. There were few hiccups during the process which was communicated to our PC Carlos and he addressed immediately and the finished product looks amazing. We conducted the final inspection (inside/outside), along with brief operation instructions before the departure of the installer and I must say the surroundings were clean as if they weren’t there. Now, for the windows themselves, we ordered triple pane sliders with vinyl retrofit. And the quality of the windows look durable, neat and well fitted. It has made a huge difference in comfort level throughout the day and night. I am a bit cautiously optimistic as the winter has yet to be passed and will update accordingly. In short, Ecoline product is quality, their prices are reasonable and their service is exceptional. I would highly recommend Ecoline for your windows

Great experience with Carlos Almeida for our in-house consultation and quote. We were looking at replacing all of the (original) windows in our bungalow from the mid-60s, but were unsure about whether it would be worth doing both the main floor and the basement. The consultant Carlos was by far the best consultant out of the bunch I had over – he was personable, and took the time to get an accurate quote out to you during the visit.The delivery of the windows took longer than had expected (due to covid), which did leave me disappointed as there was no communication from the office.The day of the install, 3 installers came, and installed the 10 windows all in one day (I was a little skeptical at first).They installed all of them in under 6 hours, and left the house clean, trims all installed.I’d consider Ecoline again if I had any windows left to replace!

He knew his windows. Any question that I had have, he answered without thinking. Then came the install. Ali and his team were phenomenal. Carlos explained very well about where/ how their products are manufactured. And he BROUGHT a SAMPLE WINDOW. To be able to see, feel and touch the product I am buying instead of just telling me the description is crucial for me. I had other companies come out to give me estimates but none of them brought a sample which I find strange because us customers are spending thousands of dollars and we don’t even get to see what we are getting for our money? Descriptions and words just don’t justify when it comes to spending large amounts of money.Anyway, Carlos from Ecoline satisfied us with the service that he provides and patiently & politely answers questions in a very timely fashion.

However, one of the windows that was installed was not the right type and I’m waiting to see how Ecoline will handle that. I will update this review once that issue is resolved.

Windows were installed in January and were done efficiently. A couple of them required extra work to install but the installers spent the time to do it properly. Some minor damage to the walls on two windows from removing the old casing but relatively easily mended.Sales lady was very thorough and was available afterwards for any followup questions.Pricing was competitive.

Once they have been installed I will update my review.Aug.9, 2022: (1 year after install)after the initial install there were gaps and openings around a couple of the windows. The gentlemen that did the install did a poor job. After a couple of phone calls and emails someone did come out to fix the concerns that were noticable.It is now 1 year later and I have found that my dining room window was not fully insulated when installed. Almost like the installers ran out of foam and didn’t care to open a new can. This makes me think that my front door was not properly insulated, which explains why the storm door kept freezing shut during the winter.Aug.26, 2022: Installers from Ecoline came to check all of the windows and door to insure that they were adequately insulated. Thankfully the only issue was the dining room window. It has since been insulated.I understand this may be solely the fault of the installer/employee but still makes me wonder why they have the power to install and inspect their own work if this can be the outcome. Moving forward I truly hope to not have any more issues.
