Just had my windows and patio door replaced by ecoline windows. I am beyond happy with the installation and sales process by ecoline. They booked my installation days in advance and I had to call them and reschedule due to a work conflict on my end and it was no problem for ecoline, they gave me another date that worked for me. My windows were very old and double pane with no insulation so needed to be replaced and they did an amazing job installed 11 triple pane windows and 1 patio door in less than 2 days and they look beautiful!!

We recently had our back door replaced with an Ecoline sliding patio door and couldn’t be happier. From the first meeting with Vitalii for a quote all the way through to installation. Vitalii was not only informative, but friendly, and funny. He gave us all the info we needed to make a decision without pressuring us. Our estimated wait time from purchase to arrival and installation was accurate (2 months) and the installation was seamless to set up – all the admin folks I spoke to were friendly and easy to work with throughout. Our installers were Jevgenijs, Volodymyr, and Jamat and all three were friendly, polite and respectful of our home as they did their work. The quality of our new door is very solid, and the amount of light we now have in what was previously a darker den is so nice!I would recommend Ecoline without question. I gathered several quotes, and spoke to several folks before making our choice to purchase from Ecoline – and I am very happy with our decision. They were not the cheapest option we considered, but to me, top service, quality products and an overall positive experience is always well worth the pricing. I would say they were middle of the range from what we looked at – the pricing felt very fair.When/if we replace other windows in our home in future, I will definitely be contacting them again.

Ecoline Windows recently replaced 19 of our windows in a two story home. The results are excellent and we are very satisfied. Vitalii had thoroughly presented the window options we had available and guided us through the decision and contracting process of the project late last year. The installation this June then went very smoothly at a time convenient to us. Yevhenii and Ruslan were professional, punctual, efficient and effective installing a large number of windows on time. They were always ready to answer questions we had and always to our satisfaction. They were also very pleasant gentlemen who seemed to enjoy their work. Yevhenii inspected and re-inspected the work, taking extra time to ensure that everything was to our liking. Cleanup was done very well too! This extra effort will minimize the chances of any further work needing to be done. We certainly don’t expect any. Ecoline’s comprehensive warranty is a plus as we can rest easy knowing the Ecoline Windows will always be ready to attend to any issue.

Over the years I have had one or two windows replaced as needed by other companies and Home Depot style by a local contractor. The remaining windows were on my list to do this year. My neighbours used Ecoline Windows last summer and were very happy with them which is why I made the call to them first.Ryan was professional, polite and very easy to communicate with. No high pressure sales. I was surprised when he pulled out a red heat lamp and various window samples. With the heat lamp he clearly demonstrated the differences between the various panes of glass. Putting your hand behind the glass you could feel the difference.The design of these windows is really well thought out, but I am especially exited about the ease in which I can clean the casement windows without having to be outside on a ladder.When I did my previous windows, I quotes and a fair idea of what this job would cost. I was very pleased with the rates presented taking advantage of the same day discount prices.It is always good to get a few quotes. I would recommend you do that and make Ecoline your last quote so you can be sure in your own mind.My plan is to replace all the previously installed window. Just saying. =)

The sales person was very knowledgeable and offer a lot of help and a good price. The scheduling department was very helpful in making adjustments to the scheduling of the appointments. Most importantly, the measurement and installation team were very professional, performed the work in a record amount of time, and delivered a superb project. The installation team, Eugene, Vladimir, and Stepan, were excellent in all respects…work ethic, personality, and demonstrated competence throughout the time at our home. We needed to replace every window and door in our new home. Having heard horror stories from friends on their experiences with other companies we were quite nervous on this big spend. I cannot emphasize enough how stress free our experience with Ecoline was. The quote was comparative to all the other ones we received except with Ecoline we were getting 3 pane windows instead of 2. What really made this company stand out was the customer service we received. If you get Vitalii you can guarantee excellent and knowledgeable service. He came to our house on three occasions to answer all our questions and show us samples. He was patient as we inquired about the quality but also contract prior to signing off. He would always respond same day.. even on weekends! There were no delays, in fact we got our windows ahead of schedule! Oleg and his team were amazing and installed all 16 items in two days. They were polite and worked very efficiently. They treated our home with respect and were careful with our cat to ensure she didn’t escape as well as understanding of our schedule with a baby. Honestly I can’t speak enough about our experience, our new windows are amazing.

UPDATING: In May 2022, we ordered a third window from Ecoline. This one is a small upstairs window on the north side of our old house, again a triple-glazed window, a substantial upgrade. Jean Martins Sales Rep 5/5 – Jean gave a very detailed presentation of Ecoline windows. He even brought a sample casement window so I could see all the features of the window. Other window companies that I contacted did not bring a window sample. Jean was courteous, professional and very helpful at all times.Matt/Alex installers 5/5 – Matt and Alex were very professional and discussed the window replacement installation prior to starting the job. Matt made a point of checking to make sure that my blinds would fit the new windows which they did. The installation went well, they removed all the garbage and left the room clean.There was an issue with one window which was supposed to have 3 horizontal grilles, instead of 4. This window was manufactured with 4 grilles. It was brought to the attention of Matt. When I contacted Ecoline the next day I was informed the new glass had already been ordered so hopefully I will have the new glass replacement within a few weeks.The windows took longer to be installed than anticipated but I figured with COVID, supply-chain issues and lack of workers/installers this was to be expected. I am very pleased with the installation and the final product. The windows look great both inside and outside.

Found Ecoline sales rep was good and the installers were great and did an amazing job with our new front door. However the product choices ended up being more limited than we were originally led to believe. We ended up with our third choice glass for the door and it didn’t fully match the side panel. I also asked for a different colour for the door surround which I didn’t get either. But all in all for the cost of the door I am pleased with the end product. But communication between sales rep and company needs to be better! The reps need to know what is actually available to the customer before they order.

Overall a good experience with ecoline and the windows after over a year in. The sales department was really good with samples and listening to what I was looking for in the windows. Installation went fairly smoothly, with the installers working through some rain to finish up the outdoor trim. Minor issues with the corners of the indoor trim, but that is easily fixed for myself as a DIYer. Financing options made getting all the windows done at once a breeze.

i requested an appointment online during the holiday and still got a call the next day and an appointment was booked for January 4.Yesterday(Jan 4, 20220 Sergio Miccas, the sale manager , called ahead of time and came exactly on time after confirming the time with me over the phone. He was very courteous and friendly and explained to me in detail all the step that will be required to fulfil my order ( front entrance door). Jean M. came from Ecoline Windows for in -home estimate for our basement windows. Other company reps didn’t seem to understand the building code of egress windows where he did. He brought a sample window to demonstrate the features of their design. I was impressed with the locking system around the window as compares to others that have it only on 1 side. He responsed quite quickly to our emails. Unfortunately, the timing of having the basement windows ready were to late in our reno schedule. We do plan to call them our living room windows in the fall.Very impressed!

UPDATED: Our experience with Ecoline Windows Ottawa turned frustrating for a bit, but in the end they came through. We were told that even with Covid our windows would be installed August/September. In late September we were notified that the windows had arrived. I had been trying to get an installation date from the company since then. I would call once a week and get told their installer would call me back by the end of this week at the latest, which he wouldn’t, so the next week, I call them again, only to be told again that he would call me back by the end of the week at the latest. Fast forward to October 14 where I was told they only have 1 installer in Ottawa and he has to do his own scheduling because of Covid. The company’s website makes them look like they have enough people to do the jobs they commit to, but it was not feeling like that was the case. I had paid 50% of this job upfront, and was worried my windows might never arrive, BUT then I decided to email our original sales rep, and somehow later that night the installer called, and first thing the next morning the team came and got everything installed in one day, so October 20th the job got done. I appreciate that they made the effort to get it done and the installers were really friendly.
