10/10 would recommend. When searching for a replacement window we knew we wanted a reputable company. We decided to go with Ecoline/Stages through Costco. From initial contact with their salesperson Kate, to the measuring appointment and installation service they were professional, efficient, and cleaned up well upon job completion. Ecoline’s products and price were reasonable and comparable to others, but also offered a 10% rebate in Costco cards and the window we chose also qualified for an energy efficiency rebate in Manitoba for an additional $100 off the cost. We are very happy with the finished result. With the cladding, from the outside, it matches perfectly with the existing window ( the new window is the one on the left) and from the inside, it looks fantastic too!

We are also very pleased with the removal of old windows and door and the installation of the new windows and door. Installed and looks great. The staff was kind and courteous through the 2 days they were here. Cleaned up the mess that was made during the whole process. My husband and I recently purchased and had installed all new windows in our home through Ecoline. We had been in contact with Russ and from the very beginning we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and was able to answer any questions we had. When it came time for install day, three men came and we were blown away with how quick and efficient their team was with replacing all of our windows in one day (around 6 hours). All three men were professional and I was very impressed with how clean they left our yard after. There was so much old insulation from our old basement windows that was all over during the install process but by the time the guys had left there was next to no debris in the yard. The windows are beautiful and we are very thankful to have put our trust in Ecoline. We are also looking at ordering doors and window coverings from them and again dealt with Russ who was so kind and patient with us and walked us through all of our options. I ordered all new windows for my home, 11 windows, some picture windows and some windows that I could open, all energy efficient. Ecoline sliding glass patio door installed last November! The booking process was easy and we were able to get quotes really quick ( along with windows to do later on). The installation of the product was super smooth and a lot quicker than anticipated. I absolutely love the look of the sliding patio door, it is solid quality and brings in a ton of light. The only slight issue I had during the process was the delayed installation date as the product came late, but the fast installation eased my worries during a winter installation. Otherwise..can’t wait to get some new windows through Ecoline next!

First off I’d like to say that they are fast and a well organized team. Specially since I had my front window installed in winter and was hesitant because of the cold weather.They came in and quickly got to work. Old window was out within 45mins and the new one within another 45mins. They even removed and replaced any wood studs that had water damage or rot.Customer service was also great. Giving me updates, when they started building my windows. Even finished my order a few weeks earlier than originally estimated.The sales rep/project manager was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Answered all questions we had and also suggested options when customizing the window features.Overall experience, I would recommend and deal with Ecoline again. In fact I should have replaced all the windows of my house with them and not just the one that had a crack in the corner.

We recently had our 4 basement windows done by Ecoline. Booking was easy and they sent a confirmation email. My sales consultant, Alex, gave me quotes and explained the process. My experience with Ecoline windows was very positive. It began with a free consultation where measurements were made, and window options were recommended to me based on my requirements.I received the quote from the sales rep a day after the consultation, which included price breakdowns as well as a graphic of how my exact windows would look. I had a couple minor revisions made to the quote which were also turned around in 1 day. Very nice!Once I pushed the quote through, final measurements and considerations were made to exact specification.1 week before install, I was called to schedule an install date. The installers showed up on time and were very friendly. I had 2 second floor windows done and they were in and out in under 2 hours! Quality of windows are very good. The installers removed my old windows and cleaned up nicely afterwards without leaving any garbage around. I filled out a survey and signed my approval before they left.Overall the entire experience was very professional and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

In 2022 I was interested in replacing the original 1989 windows in my home. Qualified for the Greener Homes Program for new windows and front door, I looked at companies to provide the replacement. Ecoline earned my business right off the get go when their representative arrived at my home for the initial consultation. Thoroughly explained the products and were prompt in replying to my follow up questions. They also pointed out egress code issues and came up with solutions to deal with them. The products were high quality and very competitively priced. At the time the Greener Homes program was new, they were great about adjusting invoicing to ensure it matched the program. They also kept me up to date as to the status of my windows and when they would be installed. In dealing with various vendors on home projects, I can’t say enough about Ecoline from purchase to installation. As for the installation date, the crew and supervisor were highly professional and very respectful of my home. The installation was in the winter and there was a significant amount of snow. They were able to complete the installation and thoroughly clean up. In fact, when the snow melted in the spring they was next to no evidence they installed the windows as loose materials were not found. They also correctly installed a new smart lock set for the door. Everything fits perfectly and continues to operate like new a year later. After the install the windows performed as advertised and there have been no issues. We painted our home this past summer and was able to closely inspect around the windows. The sealing and caulking were all completed perfectly. No evidence of missed areas. We are looking to have a remaining patio door replaced this year and will have no hesitation in having Ecoline complete that installation.

Ecoline Windows has installed a front door and 6 windows in our house. (3 separate occasions). Their website offers a lot of information to answer any questions you may initially have. Initially we received quotes from three companies. Ecoline was chosen based on customer reviews and customer service.To receive a free quote for services, an appointment can be booked online. Afterwards, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the appointment. The communication is very good and they follow up with an email confirmation. We have worked with three different salesmen who were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer questions and provide suggestions to best suit our home and budget. They can also provide information on financing through Manitoba Hydro.A second appointment was booked to acquire measurements and we were given an estimate for delivery and installation.Communication was kept while we were waiting for installation by text/email. Once the window was ready, we were given an appointment date within a week. The staff arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up upon completion.One window had a small gap in the seal and the window was promptly removed and replaced. We have no issues with the quality and service of our items. We have had no need for warranty/aftercare, but do not foresee any issue based on previous communications and service. Our first windows were installed more than 5 years ago and the most recent one in October 2023. We have noticed an improvement in how warm or cool our house is kept through the improvement process.We have 2 more windows and 1 door to replace and will be using Ecoline in the future.

All the staff were really polite and much faster than I had anticipated. It took about a week for someone to come take measurements and give us an estimate, and we felt it was more than fair. Their communication was great, and I knew they wanted me to be happy with the whole process.Their predicted start date was accurate, just over a month after the initial inspection, and they had the majority of the work (three basement and one stairwell window) finished in just a couple hours. A bit of the foundation crumbled around where they cut (not their fault, just an old house), and they came back the next day, even though it was a Saturday, to spackle and repair. It’s still early to tell how well it will stand up to time, but we’re very pleased with how they turned out.

We started with a quote to replace all 11 windows and two doors. Alex provided an initial assessment, followed by a gentleman that did the measuring. From there, Kyril and Leon performed the installation over the course of four days.Certainly impressed with the quality of the windows and doors, allowing much needed airflow thru the home and much more natural light, while also addressing various seal issues we had previously.Kyril and Leon did a fantastic job with installing everything. They were respectful, careful and diligent while ensuring there was little to no mess each day they finished. They also did quite well accommodating for “an older house” and some of the challenges that came with it, especially with the framing and trim.We are overall quite pleased with the work and the results and appreciate them having come out from Winnipeg to perform the work. My experience started with an online inquiry. I booked an appointment and received a follow up informative email sent immediately afterwards. Alex was my sales consultant and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with him. He answered all my questions, he set up contacts for window coverings and did not pressure me at all. I had competitor quotes that were way more expensive, pushy sales reps bad mouthing the competition telling me you will get what you pay for. My experience with Ecoline far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to any friends or family even colleagues. I had regular updates sent via email on my order. The installers came on time as scheduled and took extreme care to keep things tidy. They were very efficient and made sure I was happy with the workmanship. I had my basement windows replaced and Ecoline had a promotion at the time saving me a nice amount on the purchase. I would use them again for future upgrades.

We had a new triple pane patio door installed and pricing was very competitive. The measurements taken by the staff were perfect and fit into the opening perfectly.The installers arrived on time and removed old door and installed new one in about an hour. They were courteous and did a great job. So far the door has been great and with the bottom lock is very secure when we are away. This door was installed on May 1st/2023. Great experience working with them. We had a quote with them 4 years ago before the pandemic that we didn’t act on (for obvious reasons) then got our windows done this year and we were shocked that the prices had not increased significantly. I feel this indicates some very fair business practices. While all the other companies are increasing their costs ecoline held them steady and did an awesome job. They did a great cut out and expansion for one of our windows that brought tons of light into the house. Very happy.

I got my windows from Ecoline Windows. As I recently had eye surgery the person who came to meet with me took the time to explain to me and answered all my questions. When ready, they told me what I would need to do and the expected time for them to be installed. It was done faster then they estimate. Which was great! They did everything I asked for. Eco-Line was great to deal with from start to finish. It took only a couple days to have a salesperson come out and he was able to give me the quote immediately, including estimated installation date. The windows were installed almost to the day of the estimate and are amazing – I could not believe the difference in warmth (it was winter) once they were done. I received quotes from 3 window companies including Ecoline. All quotes were competitive with each other. However, what made me decide to go with Ecoline was a number of things.First, they build their own windows. In the event of a warranty claim, you call Ecoline, not some manufacturer you have not dealt with before.Second, their warranty was better than any other company I looked into.Third, their product is solid. Eli brought a sample window into our home to show us and you can see the quality of the window before you make a decision. The other two companies I looked into did not do that.Fourth, they made it so easy. Eli provided all the info I needed for the Greener Homes Grant and Hydro rebates we qualified for. They even put us in touch with the company that came out and did the required assessment. It was simple.Install by Oleg was quick but quality. The team did a great job of putting the windows in and cleaning up after!Would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows and service.

The installers are great and very professional.The downsides are the heavy push at quote time by people that only know sales and nothing about actual window installs, only the script of look at our reviews and how to fill in the form.They also require that you get your own engineers sketch of the work, and file the work permit with the city your selfOnce on site they will not start work until payment has been made in full.

Ecoline Windows installed 6 windows for our home in June 2022. The entire process was very positive. Our estimator Carlos took the time to educate us about the windows, answered all of our questions and provided a detailed estimate. He walked us through the process of applying for government rebates, which was very helpful. Before our windows were ordered, another professional came to our home to make detailed measurements. When the day came for installation, Alex and his crew were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. The kept my house clean, and were very respectful of my yard and my neighbours. We had 7 out of 8 windows replaced to day. We had Ross and Vlad do our installation and they were amazing. They were able to fix the frames, as they had rotted from the original windows, and still keep everything looking good. They cleaned up after them selves and even brought drop cloths. Only one suggestion: have some poles and tarps to block the wind from basement/ground windows :)

Great start with the company. Once all measurements completed and order was placed the communication was not there. There was no statue update. So I would call get some information and was it was manufacturing issue. This was a on going for 25 weeks. Install was to be completed in September and was done 10 weeks later. The guys that did the install where great. They cleaned up very nicely after they where done.

I had all the windows in my small home replaced and I’m delighted with the result. The contractors were on time, did a great job of installing the windows and were polite. They had drop cloth for the floor and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. They even went above and beyond by putting all the curtain hooks back up – greatly appreciated.The windows are beautiful and the traffic noise is now almost zero 👍The missing star is NOT for the contractors but the administration side of it; there’s mostly a very long wait to get through, promised call back didn’t happen and the person was audibly irritated on a call at 8pm because I refused an appointment the next day as I had to go to work.My windows are financed by Hydro and I paid the outstanding balance ($215) in cash but only had $220 – I wasn’t given change or a receipt nor the customer copy of the Hydro paperwork.Summary: beautiful windows, great workmanship, small glitches in the administration side of it but hopefully they’ll quickly be rectified. And I greatly appreciate the Military discount!I would use Ecoline again

Ecoline recently installed a large window in our second level bedroom. The experience was smooth and professional from start to finish, beginning with the initial appointment to take measurements through to the day of installation. Several things were important to my wife and myself. First, all Ecoline employees with whom we spoke were very forthcoming in answering our questions and clear about schedules. Secondly, it was easy to determine at what stage manufacture and preparations were. In particular, they never over-promised, and in fact beat their anticipated deadline by about two weeks. Finally, on the day of installation, the crew was courteous, professional, clear in anwering questions, and cleaned up well after the job was done. Overall, a reassuring experience.

This is the second time we have had windows installed by Ecoline and we are very pleased. This year we had four large windows installed in the lower level. Our house is quite old and the old metal framed windows were difficult to get out so a minor amount of stucco was chipped off. I mentioned this to Alex and right away someone was out to assess the “damage”. They took a piece of stucco that had chipped off, matched the colour perfectly and two weeks later a wonderful young man came did the repair and left the remainder of the container of paint for future use. Most of the process with ecoline was wonderful, they were super quick to get to our home and provide a quote. Also the installers were super efficient and respectful of out home. Wonderful service! The only thing that I could suggest as an improvement was that I felt I had to call them to check in on my windows, and only after my calls did they realize the windows were in the warehouse, but then as a positive note they promptly set up an installation date. Overall I would recommend them.

Amazing! The workers were quick, polite and on time, they showed up and got to work right away they cleaned up after them selves as they went along and even held drop cloths over the open window spaces while cutting to make sure debris did not come into my home.They made sure the house was just as clean when they left as it was when they arrived highly recommend this company. We had our full second floor windows done. Ecoline was excellent to deal with. The project manager was knowledgeable about the various options available. We were kept up to date with any delays due to the pandemic. The installers came promptly in the morning and completed the job in what seemed like an appropriate time. Our only complaint was that there was a number of small pieces of garbage (caulking tips and foam chunks) left behind in the yard after the install. The only downside is that they took longer to get installed than we had hoped but this is the age of COVID! The windows are great, we are already noticing a difference in the warmth of our condo. The entire process from quote to install was extremely professional and helpful. We had gone to a number of different companies for quotes and while this was not the cheapest it was by far the most complete with the salesman making suggestions that have greatly enhanced the look and functionality of the windows. I have had all my windows replaced by Ecoline over 4 service calls in the past few years.I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism.Interior and exterior trim always fits perfectly and is sealed very well.Shop around and compare build configurations and trim stylings with other installers.They ended up being cheaper than 4/5 quotes I was given by only 2-Pane generic window installation contractors.My home was built in 1940, and I had a fair amount of rotted exterior trim and wood framing. The replaced all of it with new, quality framing and robust PVC and vinyl trim.The build quality is top notch.

We ordered 5 new windows from Ecoline at the end of June. We had three quotes and our experience with Vasily was what sold us from the start. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was far better than either of the other quotes we received. Although the windows were to be installed mid-September, with the trials of dealing in a COVID world the installation didn’t take place until the beginning of November. That was the only “hitch” in an otherwise positive experience.The installation crew were very professional and did a wonderful job from start to finish. The windows are beautiful and the crew left our home in perfect condition – including vacuuming and removing all the debris from the installation.We would absolutely recommend Ecoline to anyone looking to replace windows.

Vitally quoted the exact cost. At this time Vitally included a very informative presentation how the factory would engineer the windows with an approximate installation date.
